Ingredients
  • 1 Ripe Avocado Peeled and Pitted
  • 3.5oz Fresh Berries100 g, I used strawberries
  • 6.8oz Coconut cream200 ml
  • 1tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1tsp Liquid Steviaor Other Sweetener of Choice
Instructions
  1. Mix all the ingredients in a food processor/blender until smooth and creamy.
  2. Spoon the mixture into 5 popsicle molds.
  3. Tap the filled popsicle molds on the countertop and place popsicle sticks into the mixture.
  4. Freeze for 3 – 4 hours.
Recipe Notes

The popsicles will get hard in the freezer after longer periods, but not rock hard. Let them sit out at room temp for a few minutes.

Instead of coconut cream, you can use coconut milk. However, the popsicles will be much icier and a bit harder to bite. You may need to let them sit out at room temp a bit longer.
