Cottage Cheese Balls –
  • 100grams grated paneer/cottage cheese
  • Finely chopped coriander leaves
  • 1tsp Red chilly powderadjust as per your taste bud for spicy
  • 1grated green chilli
  • Salt to taste
  • 2tbsp Psyllium husk
  1. Mix all ingredients well make small round balls (grease your palms to get perfect binding) & fry on the pan using 15 grams ghee/olive oil
Recipe Notes

For curd-
Beat 200 GMs hung curd and add 2 drops stevia liquid for sweetness

Serve fried cottage cheese balls on plate. Cover with sweet curd
Garnish with some red chilli powder, Salt and mint chutney
