Homemade Cheese (Tested) – Ketopakistan.pk
  • 1litre cow milk
  • 8tbsp Lemon juiceor vinegar and add some water
  • 2 or 3 Green chilies
  • 2 or 3clove garlic
  • Few leaves of Parcelay
  • Salt as per taste
  1. on medium flame bring milk to boil
  2. When near to boiling add lemon/vinegar with some water little by little and keep stirring
  3. now strain the spongy pieces of cheese in muslin/cheese cloth or a fine strainer
  4. let it cool and strain the water properly
  5. in a chopper put chilled garlic parcelay with 2 tbsp lemon juice, salt and chop it
  6. when chopped, start adding cheese slowly until the texture becomes creamy!
